EMA: Transforming the pediatric experience with wireless and playful ECG

Kids ECG experience: Current ECG testing involves a large amount of wires, making the process time-consuming for doctors and stressful for children and their parents.  A lot of ECG tests have to be repeated because  children are getting nervous (muscle's and brain's electrical activity interfaces with the heart's  electrical activity and the electrical signal's reading are not valid).

New user experience

EMA allows the performance of the ECG test wirelessly simplifying the work of medical professional and respecting the emotional comfort zone of the pediatric patient, allowing the conversion of the ECG test into a game.

EMA reduces the test equipment to ten coin-sized sensors, synchronized with a central receiver. This is how EMA can be used with any ECG machine, so there is no need to invest into a new machinery.

Product prototyping process was made using 3D printing technology
